- Refuse further services for repeated payment defaults.
Payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients agree that Esuvex may communicate through:

- Website Contact Forms
Official communication records may be used for project documentation.
9. Limitation of Liability
Esuvex shall not be liable for:
- Force majeure events
- Government policy changes
- Utility interruptions
- Internet outages
- Delays caused by third parties
- Client-provided inaccurate information
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by applicable law.
10. Third-Party Services
Certain projects may involve independent contractors, consultants, suppliers, payment processors, or external service providers.
Esuvex is not responsible for their independent acts, delays, warranties, or obligations beyond those expressly assumed by Esuvex.
11. Confidentiality
Information shared by clients will be treated as confidential except where disclosure is:

- Necessary to perform the contracted services; or
- Authorized by the client.
12. Termination
Esuvex may terminate services if:
- Payments are not made.
- Fraud is detected.
- Abuse of staff occurs.
- The client breaches these Terms.
- Illegal activities are identified.
Clients may terminate services subject to payment for work already completed and any non-recoverable costs incurred.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, the parties may pursue mediation or the competent courts in Nigeria.
14. Changes to These Terms
Esuvex may update these Terms at any time.
Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication.

REAL ESTATE CUSTOMER AGREEMENT
Scope of Services
Esuvex may provide:

Client Responsibilities
Clients shall:
- Provide genuine identification where required.
- Supply accurate information.
- Complete payments according to agreed schedules.
- Conduct independent due diligence where appropriate.
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Property Information
While Esuvex strives to ensure accuracy, property descriptions, measurements, pricing, availability, approvals, and specifications may change without prior notice.
Availability is not guaranteed until a transaction has been finalized.
Due Diligence
Clients are encouraged to independently verify:
- Property ownership
- Survey plans
- Government approvals
- Land titles
- Development permits
- Applicable taxes and fees
Inspection
Clients should inspect properties before purchase or lease.
Failure to inspect does not invalidate completed transactions.
Commission
Where agency or brokerage services are provided, agreed commissions become payable upon completion of the transaction or as otherwise agreed in writing.
Refund Policy
Reservation fees, deposits, and other payments are subject to the specific terms of the applicable property transaction and are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
INTERIOR DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION CUSTOMER AGREEMENT
Project Scope
Each project shall be governed by an approved proposal, quotation, or contract specifying:
- Design scope
- Deliverables
- Timeline
- Budget
- Payment schedule
Design Ownership
Concepts, drawings, mood boards, renderings, layouts, specifications, and other design documents remain the intellectual property of Esuvex until full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Revisions
Unless otherwise specified:
- Minor revisions may be included.
- Additional revisions may attract extra fees.
Procurement
Where Esuvex procures furniture, fixtures, finishes, or accessories:
- Product availability may change.
- Lead times may vary.
- Manufacturer warranties remain the responsibility of the manufacturer or supplier.
Construction Delays
Completion dates may be affected by:
- Weather
- Material shortages
- Import delays
- Labour disruptions
- Client-requested changes
- Regulatory approvals
- Force majeure events
Site Access
Clients shall provide safe and reasonable access to project sites.
Delays caused by restricted access may extend project timelines.
Client Changes
Changes requested after project commencement may:
- Increase costs;
- Extend timelines; and
- Require written approval before implementation.
Completion
Projects are deemed substantially complete when the agreed works have been delivered to a level suitable for their intended use, notwithstanding minor defects or outstanding items that do not materially affect functionality.
TECHNOLOGY SERVICES CUSTOMER AGREEMENT

Technology services may include:

Project Requirements
Clients shall provide:

Delays in providing required materials may affect project timelines.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of custom-developed deliverables will transfer to the client unless otherwise stated in the project agreement. Esuvex retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, templates, frameworks, methodologies, and know-how.
Third-party software, plugins, themes, fonts, or licensed assets remain subject to their respective license terms.
Website Maintenance
Unless covered by a separate maintenance agreement, ongoing support, updates, backups, security monitoring, and hosting are not included after project completion.
Hosting
If hosting is provided through Esuvex:
- Annual renewal fees apply.
- Failure to renew may result in website suspension or removal by the hosting provider.
Domain Names
Where Esuvex registers a domain on behalf of a client:
- Registration information must be accurate.
- Renewal fees remain the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
Failure to renew a domain may result in loss of ownership or service interruption.
Third-Party Integrations
Esuvex is not responsible for changes, outages, pricing, or discontinued functionality of third-party services such as payment gateways, APIs, hosting providers, social media platforms, or cloud services.
Software Warranty
Esuvex will correct verified defects reported within the warranty period stated in the project agreement. The warranty does not cover issues caused by unauthorized modifications, third-party changes, misuse, malware, hosting failures, or circumstances outside Esuvex’s control.
GENERAL DISCLAIMERS
Esuvex does not guarantee:
- Future investment returns.
- Property appreciation.
- Search engine rankings.
- Continuous website uptime.
- Compatibility with future technologies.
- Availability of third-party products.
- Market performance.
Results may vary depending on market conditions, client decisions, regulatory changes, and external factors.
ELECTRONIC AGREEMENT
By using the Esuvex website, submitting enquiries, requesting quotations, making payments, or engaging any Esuvex service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use and Customer Agreement.
